Intimate Source Power Transfer

Dread surged through his heart when he saw lightning zapping around Alexandra, her absolutely red eyes fixed on him like a snake looking at her prey.

He gulped, but he couldn’t rid the warm sensation from his palm, and his gaze jumped to her breasts intuitively. “Alexandra, let’s change the topic. I have something important to talk to you about, and I need your help.”

Alexandra sat down on the barstool, adjusting her robe nervously.

“I apologize again, but I need your help.”

“Ask me. I’ll try to answer as much I can, but don’t ask me about any secrets of the Elemental Kingdom or anything sensitive. I can’t answer that.”

“It’s about Sam and Li Wuan. I want to know why Li Wuan flared up and attacked and why Sam had to kiss her to calm her down.”

Alexandra arched her brows. “She kissed Li Wuan?”

“Yes.”

“Are you jealous?”

“Somewhat.” Jason rubbed the back of his neck, accidentally brushing his injury. Pain shot through him, but with the wind qi expelled from the wound, it didn’t hurt as much as it had before. “But I’m worried more about her source energy dropping by twenty percent after she kissed her. I sensed her source energy flowing into Li Wuan.”

Alexandra sighed a sigh that didn’t sound good.

“So she is really using her core energy to edge her down. I sensed it when I first saw Li Wuan, but I didn’t think it would be this bad.”

His mood dampened. “Explain it in detail.” Jason took a barstool from his storage pouch and sat on it. “Please.”

Everything else in the hut had gotten destroyed in the torrent of Li Wuan’s attack, and he would have to clean up the blood and wood splinters later, but that could wait.
